  1. Payment and Taxes
    Clients must make full payment for all services or reports as specified on the Trustedge Business Research website. All applicable sales taxes, customs duties, and related charges are the responsibility of the client. Once a report is delivered, the purchase is considered final.

We strongly recommend contacting our customer service team before completing a purchase if you have any questions or require clarification. If you identify an error during the transaction process, please reach out to our customer service team immediately for prompt resolution.

  1. Report Licenses & Delivery
    We offer the following licensing options:
  • Single-User License: Access for one individual only.
  • Multi-User License: Access for up to five users.
  • Corporate License: Full access for an entire organization or department.

Reports are delivered via email in PDF format within 24 hours of receiving full payment. A payment receipt will also be emailed to the client upon successful transaction.

    If you are not fully satisfied with a report, we may offer limited customization based on your specific needs.   2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    Due to the confidential and digital nature of our reports, returns are not accepted once a product has been delivered. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Trustedge Business Research management.
