Role Summary

The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic partner to our clients, guiding them through the research process and ensuring that our deliverables exceed expectations. You will manage project timelines, align deliverables with client needs, and provide insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and research needs.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable research projects, aligning teams and timelines accordingly.
  • Act as the bridge between research, data, and client teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review and refine deliverables to ensure insights are strategic, relevant, and business-focused.
  • Continuously seek feedback and work toward improving the client experience.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in client management, preferably in a consulting or research firm.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
